On September 16th the day of Holy Prophet Mohamed (Nabi) birthday ,our Club GMCT Lion Feroz Najeem PMAF decided to distribute some dry ration packs for the low income families.
These dry ration packs were distributed to residents in the surrounding areas of Poonochimunai in Kattankudy.
The rations were distributed under the guidance and selection of area Grama Niladhari. He identified some under-privileged low incomes families in need of rations and distributed 50 nos tokens to the identified families. The token given personal came and collected the ration in our Lions Meeting Center Bilaal Garden.
Each packs cost SLR 3500/-
The dry rations pack included essential food items such as 5kg of Samba rice,1kg of Chicken meat and necessary vegetables.
Most of the women satisfied and happily prayed and wished almighty by their spiritual words for our donor Lion Feroz Najeem’s better health and growth of his wealth..
