Lions Club of Jawatta Summit sponsored 165 free cataract Surgeries at Golden Jubilee Hospital out of 100 surgeries were allocated for the month of October and 65 Surgeries were allocated for the month of November to mark the world sight Day which was the10th of October 2024.District Governor Lion Ranjith Fernando graced the occasion as the chief guest.
