Service provided by Bandarawela and Diyathalawa Divisional Secretary ' s office staff to issue Birth certificates, Marriage certificates , Identity cards and Senior citizens Identity cards.More than 160 people were provided the service. 20 Government officials including Grama Niladharies helped the project to be success. 4 lions engaged the project 5 hours each. District Governor District 306 C-2 Lion Ranjith Fernando (MJF/MAF) District GLT Co-ordinator Lion Siri Jayasooriya (MJF) Regional Chairman Region 10 Lion Priyantha Manathunga (MJF/PMAF) Zone Chairman Zone 2 Region 10 Lion Sarathsiri Silva (PMJF/PMAF/SLF)visited the project.
