On October 7, 2024, a diabetic awareness program was conducted at Luwisawattha Bhikshuni Aramaya in Yakkala. Organized by project chairperson Lion Bahar Nayan and coordinated by Dr. Fakeeha Nooman, the program educated 80 participants on diabetes management and prevention. Funded by Lion Bahar Nayan and conducted by the CCC, the initiative involved 12 Lion volunteer hours dedicated to promoting community health and awareness.
