Lions Club of Jawatta Summit sponsored 65 free cataract Surgeries at Golden Jubilee Hospital for the month of December to mark the world sight Day which was the10th of October 2024. Each Cataract Surgery Estimated cost is Rs.85000/- at a special price but the market value is about Rs.165000/- per surgery. Sponsorship was done in October 2024 and 100 surgeries were done in October and the balance 65 surgeries were done in December 2024.
