Letters were provided to 09 low-income patients to get services from Nethsetha Lions Eye Hospital in Ratnapura for free cataract surgery.(Two Letters were provided at end of October and they went has gone to eye hospital in November. Therfore, I have added that two letters also this month. I have no added them for October reporting)
