Lion Lady Dr. Lion Fakeeha Nooman dedicated 12 Lion hours to the event, leading a comprehensive session that included both theoretical and practical aspects of diabetes awareness. Lion Lady Dr. Fakeeha Nooman provided valuable advice on managing physical and mental health, ensuring participants gained essential knowledge for better well-being with "Yoga mudra for day today life" .
