On January 23, 2025, a "Traditional Foods" Awareness Program to Prevent Non-Communicable Diseases was conducted at Luwisawattha Bhikkhuni Aramaya. Organized by CCC and chaired by Dr. Fakeeha Nooman, the session focused on the benefits of traditional dietary habits in preventing lifestyle-related illnesses. With 55 participants in attendance, the program spanned 10 Lion hours, offering valuable knowledge on maintaining health through nutritious and time-tested food practices.
