A donation of USD 500 was done by our Lions Club of Colombo Elvitigala for a fully equipped Kidney Dialysis centre at the Kotelawala Defence University Hospital, Werahena, Colombo which is a SL Rupees 48 million project of District 306c2 under the District Governor Lion Ranjith Fernando, which was officially opened on the 30th of January 2025. 700 members and non members participated in the opening ceremony. An individual Donation of Rs 100,000 was made by new members from Germany Lion Verena and Lion Jens, Project Chairman.
