We have identified several people affected by the flood in rural areas during the las monsoon. As a response, we have provided 250 relief packs, each worth 5,000 rupees, to the victims. These packs were distributed to flood-affected individuals in the villages of Kathiraveli, Puthur, Puchchakerny, Nagapuram and Palchenai in the Vakarai division of Batticaloa. The project was implemented with the support of Rural development societies of the villages and the respective Grama NIladaries.
