The Lions Club of Colombo Diamonds recently organized a Blood Sugar Check-up Camp for 350 residents of Sri Wimalarama Viharaya, Panagoda. The camp aimed to raise awareness about diabetes and provide free blood sugar screenings to those in need. It was a crucial initiative to promote health and well-being in the community. The event, held on 9th February, was attended by District Governor Lion Ranjith Fernando MJF MAF as the Chief Guest and District Deputy Treasurer Lion Sugath Jayanatha MJF PMAF JP as the Project Chairperson.. The camp was met with great enthusiasm, and the residents expressed immense gratitude for the Lions Club’s continued dedication to their health and well-being.
