Nutrition Awareness Program for Pre-School Teachers – Sammanthurai MH Division
A special work program was organized for all pre-school teachers under the Sammanthurai MH Division, focusing on promoting healthy eating habits among young children.
This session provided a comprehensive explanation of the types of food students should bring to school and practical guidance on encouraging healthy eating habits from an early age. The program aimed to strengthen nutritional awareness among teachers to better guide both students and parents.
The event was organized by the MOH (Medical Officer of Health) Office, which extended its full cooperation and covered all associated expenses.
The Lions Club of Sammanthurai Golden City proudly collaborated in supporting this valuable initiative, reaffirming its commitment to the health and education sectors of the community.
