Lions Club of Jawatte Summit's New Voice Team together with the Lion Ladies Association Organized 50 Cataract Surgeries at the Nawalapitiya Eye Hospital, Sri Lanka. The Project Chairman was Lion Dr.Malarvili. For 50 nos. Hydrophobic lenses used for Cataract Surgeries, the cost per person was US$ 130. The total value of the project was US$ 6500.
