A women center is run by catholic priests for the students from poor families living in far away villages are accommodated and assisted for education in town schools for their higher studies. the administration of this center requested assistance to paint their hostel, Lions Club of Batticaloa provided financial support to purchase paint and organized the Scout members of Vincent Girls High School to do the painting
