Every year Lion Club of Batticaloa conduct annual Children Party in the month of December, due to covid this event was held in January this year, children from poor families with their parents, lion members with their families and children and Leos participate together. A, priest gave message to the gathering, children from different religion participated and displayed their talents, gifts were given to all the children, many other events also were conducted by the participants to entertain gathering, programme ended with a lunch to all participants
