Description

Pathway program for SME sector regarding marketing guidance, financial management, innovative ideas with guidance to E-commerce platform. According to this project, we gave guidance regarding; production, marketing/digital marketing, distribution channels, E-commerce platform and financial management about cost cutting and allocation. Further we introduced new E-commerce platform to the SME sector "One Mart" where they will be able to sell the products to the market without any investment which is an benefit to them.
