Being the signature project of Lion Anoma for caring the patients at Apeksha Hospital ward no 9&10, the Cancer patients at these respective wards received the daily essentials to the value of Rs 105,000 in the 6th consecutive year which included soap, biscuits, tea packs, tooth pastes, sugar, milk powder and yogurts for 55 nos in-mates. Further Rs 75,000 was distributed as cash donations among the patients.
In parallel to this, as the Project Chairperson for Cancer Care, Lion Anoma successfully coordinated the Lions from other clubs to get the color wash done to these two words and also donation of 04 nos Table fans which had been a dire need and requested by the ward authority .This whole renovation and equipment had cost to the donors to the value amounts to Rs 510,000.00
District Governor 306 C2, Petron and President of LL Association were the Key Officers attended to the project while many other lions represented the donor clubs. On behalf of the hospital the Matron of the wards officially made the vote of thanks by accepting these services and donations.
