Description

15th October, 2022 - Gnanodya School LC of Colombo NTGL brought the International Lions Club Peace Poster Contest to district 306 C2. President Lion Prash Barnes MJF MAF, Cabinet Officer Lion Kanis, Lion Manoj, Lion Waruni, Lion Najith and Lion Shiranthi participated. Children took time to create a poster under the theme of 'Leading with Compassion'. They enjoyed refreshments after completing their posters. Newcastle Lions clubs encouraged participation in the contest and sent an encouraging video message to the children, Peace Poster Chairperson Lion Emma Chestnutt sent a personal video message also.
