The International White Cane Day was celebrated at Chenkalady with Tharisanam School for Visually impaired, program started with a procession to give awareness to the public then visually impaired children conducted the whole program, performed their talents, Lions Club of Batticaloa Honored all the members and gave gifts to all, The Eastern University Vice Chancellor graced the celebration as Chief Guest.
