Gramasewaka of Wellawaya area has requested us a wheel chair donation for a small kid who is having neuro issue as in the photo. we have purshased a basic wheel chair and sent it to him. Due to the long distance we can not visit the location with the wheel chair, thereby we have sent it via courier. We have purchased the wheel chair on 6th November and handed over to courier. All documents attached with bills
