A person fell down from high place while working, his leg was broken, after having treatment, below knee was shrined and not having strength walk without support, all these time he was using an elbow churches to move around, it was broken and he repair it and use repeatedly. Knowing his situation Lions Club of Batticaloa Provided him a new set of crutches to improve is mobility.
