Club donated grocery items to the Sri Lanka Cancer Society for their Bandaranayake Cancer HOme at Maharagama managed by the society. At present there are 40 patients staying free of charge in this home and all meals are provided free of charge. Including the staff altogether there 75 people. Items are white rice, turmeric, green gram, red rice, dhal, watana, chillie pcs, chillie powder, kadala, potatoes, b. onions, garlic.
