Description

Being mentally healthy during childhood means reaching developmental and emotional milestones and learning healthy social skills and how to cope when there are problems. Mentally healthy children have a positive quality of life and can function well at home, in school, and in their communities. So, Leo Lions Club of Colombo Knights and Lion Club of Udahamulla New Century conduct a project for school students, teachers and parents of the students to uplift their mental health. This session done by Ms. Dhanusha Tharangani the prefinalist Mental Health Consultant. Plus we offer few students teachers and parents a free personal sessions where their can meet the consultant personally and talk about their problems.
