A debate Contest was held between several Sunday Schools as an Awareness on Dangerous Drugs, under the patronage of the Assistant Counselors of the National dangerous Drugs Control Board, Ms Kalhari Rajapaksha and Ms Udeshika Lakmali, Assistant Director of the Research and Outreach Unit, Mr Thamara Dharshana, Divisional Secretariat Ms DilrukshiWalpola and Assistant Secretariat Ms Sarangika Jayasundera was held on two days at the Pradesiya Sabha Division in Maharagama, Sri Lanka. Over 150 people were present for this event. Gifts, Certificates were handed over to the Participating students and the personnel involved including the Panel of Judges.The incumbent monks of the respective partipatiing dhamma schools observed the proceedings on both days days
