Distribution of school books & stationery among 150 school children at EDIRIWEERA SARACHCHANDRA COLLEGE - MULLERIYAWA was carried on this day in the presence of Principle & teachers of the school. Six lion members of the club attended to this function including the club President and Lion Nihal Sumanasiri -The Deputy Cabinet Treasurer of the District 306 C2 -In addition a set of educational text books worth Rs 50,000 was given to the School Library on the same day in parallel to the main activity . Lion Rohan Pushpakumara -one of the Directors of the Club sponsored the funding of the project being the Project Chairman.
