The Poya full moon is a significant day fir devotees to perform an act of asking forgiveness and indulge in prayers and meditation. Fast the whole afternoon is a vital part of this performance. A meal in the late morning hours is possible before the fasting time starts. Project Chairman Lion Bandula Algiriya decided to provide the meals to the 300 devotees who were present. Three other !ion members assisted him in this worthy cause in providing the meals.
