A Speech Impaired child attending St. Josephs Special School was assessed and recommended for speech therapy for six months, Speech therapist charge of SLR 4000 X 6 months = SLR 24000, Lions Club of Batticaloa took over the speech therapist cost and paid the first month cost of SLR 4000 during the visit of the District Governor to Batticaloa for which the Principal of special school and his father also attended
