On the occasion of World Children's Day Project Chairman Lion Prabha, District Governor's Coordinator and Lion Wasantha Maasakorala, District Governor's District Chairman decided to conducted a Tree planting program for children of a pre school Nursery children in Battaramulla on the 2nd of October 2023 followed by the distribution of milk packets as refreshments for children and staff he special guest for the occasion was Lion Lalith Kuruwitaarachchi, District Governor 's coordinator for Home Gardening (Environment) Lion Tuan Jamion, District Governor 's Coordinator for City Beautification (Environment) and District Governor 's Coordinator for Vision were also present. It was a memorable moment for both the children and teaching staff. Milk packets were also given to the children and staff. The nursery for beautifully decorated and each child wore a clourful head crown for the occasion. After enjoying theur refreshing milk packs they gave an applause to all !ions and bid goodbye with a big smile.
