On the annual occasion of Worlds Children's Day on the 07th of October 2023 the partially abled children were presented by the Project Chairperson and DGSPC for Elders Care, Lion Amara Perera with valuable gifts and DJ music was also provided to entertain them. There were 28 lion members present including the Chief Guest, District Governor Lion Ismath Hamid, The Cabinet Secretary, Lion Konara, The Cabinet Treasurer, Lion Dammika, District Governor's Chief Coordinators, Lion Prabha Dharmarathna, Lion Omar Mohammed, Region Chairperson Lion Trudy Dharmarathna, Lion Enoka de Silva, Chairman Lion Ladies, Past District Governor Lion Raslan Mowlana and past First Lady Lion Zehraniya Mowlana, Lion Bandhula Algiriya, DGSPC Coordinator for Vision and Lion Tuan Jamion, DGSPC for Environment participated in this event.
