Lions Club of Udahamulla New Century donated nearly 290 International Books to a School Library of Tamil Catholic School Rajagiruya, With the presence of 1st Vice District Governor Lion Ranjith Fernando MJF, Lion Jayantha Dias MJF, Deputy Cabinet Treasurer of Western Province, DGSPC Lion Lady Jeevani Dias MJF, DGSPC Lion Buddhika Samarajeewa MJF, Zone Chairman Lion Pahan Gunasingha, Club President Lion Dileep Dias, and Club Secretary Lion Lady Ranmali Dias, Lion Lady Dulanjalee De Silva. These books were received from a Lions Club in United Kingdom, Which included Encyclopedias and many Valuable Subject Books such as Science, Mathematics, Biology, Health, Geography, History of different countries, Computing, Commerce, Economics. The library books that donated are a generous contribution to the school and will enrich the students' learning experience. Our Club is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of the students at the Tamil Catholic School in Rajagiriya, and this service project is a testament to that commitment. The school administration and students expressed their gratitude for the generous donation and emphasized the significant impact it will have on the quality of education at the school. The Lions Club members were delighted to see the excitement and appreciation from the students and look forward to continuing their support for the school in the future. This initiative reflects the Lions Club's dedication to promoting education and literacy, and they hope to inspire other organizations and individuals to contribute to the betterment of educational institutions in the community.
