THE DOCTORS AND THE STAFF CAME FROM DIYATALAWA AYURVEDIC HOSPITAL, FOR THE CLINIC , 94 PATIENTS WERE CHECKED AND TREATED AT THE CLINIC ,THE CLUBE DONATED 50 PIECES OF LIFEBOUY SOPES, TO AYURVEDIC HOSPITAL DIYATALAWA , 6 LIONS WITH PRESIDENT AND SECRETARY PARTICIPATED THE PROJECT. VALUE OF THE PROJECT 94 PATIENTS CHECKET AND TREATED 94X1000=RS 94000.00 DOCTOR RS 10000.00 SUPERVISE METRON RS 7500.00 NURSE RS 5000.00 2 SUPORTING STAFF 3000X2= RS6000.00 DONATED 50 SOAPES RS 180X50= RS 9000.00 TEA REFRESHMENTS AND LUNCH FOR STAFF AND LIONS 750X11=RS 8250.00 PROVIDING OSUPEN DRINK WITH BUSCUITS 100 NOS 100X1000= RS 10000.00 LIONS HOURS 30X300= RS 9000.00 TOTAL COST RS 158000.00 |
